Conservation Council ACT Region - Conservation over Cocktails - 25 September 2008
The Conservation Council ACT Region held its pre-election event “Conservation over Cocktails” on Thursday 25th September, between 6.00 – 8.00pm at the Holy Grail Restaurant and Bar, Jardine Street Kingston
This meeting was a chance to hear candidates in the ACT election speak about their party’s environment policies and engage them in discussion on these matters.
Dr Richard Denniss, Executive Director of the Australia Institute, was the guest keynote speaker on the major environmental challenges facing the ACT.
