The September 2008 Belconnen Community Council Community Forum was held at:

The special guest for September was the Chief Minister Jon Stanhope, who talked about the past, present and future of Belconnen and Canberra, as well as took questions from the audience about the last four years of the ACT Government.
Whilst there was taking of questions from the floor, it was encouraged that anyone who had a more technical or complex question they wished to ask to have had sent them in advance to the president of the Council.
